1. General Information These Legal Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of cybersecurity training and threat detection services provided by AnalyticOne UG (Haftungsbeschränkt), with registered address at Leopoldstr. 16, 40211 Düsseldorf, Germany (“Provider”), operated by its General Manager Lukas Nonnenmacher.

2. Scope of Services AnalyticOne UG offers cybersecurity training programs and threat detection solutions to business customers (“Clients”). The services include but are not limited to:Dynamic Content, Cybersecurity awareness and technical training, Threat detection and mitigation services, Incident response consulting, the use of our services is exclusively for business entities and professionals.

3. Agreement & Acceptance By using our services, Clients agree to be bound by these Terms. The agreement is legally binding once a service contract is signed or upon the initiation of service use.

4. Fees & Payment 4.1 Pricing and payment terms are specified in individual contracts or invoices. 4.2 Payments are due as per the terms stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges. 4.3 All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Data Protection & Confidentiality 5.1 The Provider complies with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws. Personal and business data will be handled per our Privacy Policy. 5.2 Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality over sensitive business and cybersecurity-related information.

6. Limitation of Liability 6.1 The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage. 6.2 The maximum liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the service in the preceding 12 months.

7. Client Responsibilities 7.1 Clients must provide accurate and necessary information for service execution. 7.2 Clients are responsible for implementing security measures as advised during training or consulting sessions.

8. Intellectual Property 8.1 The Provider retains ownership of all proprietary training materials and cybersecurity solutions. 8.2 Clients are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use training materials for internal purposes only.

9. Termination 9.1 Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice unless otherwise specified. 9.2 Termination due to breach of contract may be immediate, subject to written notice.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Düsseldorf.

11. Changes to Terms AnalyticOne UG reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
